Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro (Devnagari: जाने भी दो यारों) is a 1983 Indian comedy film directed by Kundan Shah and produced by NFDC. The movie is a dark satirical comedy about the rampant corruption in the Indian political system, press and business.

The film stars Naseeruddin Shah, Ravi Baswani, Satish Shah, Pankaj Kapoor, Bhakti Barve, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Neena Gupta, Satish Kaushik, Deepak Qazir,and Om Puri.

The film won Kundan Shah, the 1984 Indira Gandhi Award for Best First Film of a Director. ‘Indiatimes Movies’ ranks the movie amongst the ‘Top 25 Must See Bollywood Films’
